I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission during the process for any reason.

I reserve the right to blacklist individuals from commissioning my services if they break my ToS.

I reserve the right to upload the commissioned piece to my social platforms or portfolios, unless requested otherwise.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, provided credit/signatures are not removed.

You may request that I do not upload the commissioned artwork or its process to my social platforms or portfolios.

You may request alterations after completion for a fee. Price is determined from how extensive the alterations are.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent (removing watermarks, photobashing, recoloring, ect.)

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms.

You may NOT upload any part of the commissioned artwork or its process into Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs.

You may not request a refund after the approved line-art stage.

All refunds are paid directly via PayPal, do not request a chargeback.

All refunds are to be issued within 10 business days.

All refunds are 100% of the total price received for the commissioned artwork.

Payment is done in USD through PayPal or Ko-Fi.

All fractions from added percentages will be rounded up to the closest whole number (e.g. 23.56 < 24).

Payment is 100% upfront. I will begin work as soon as the payment goes through on my end.

You must provide references for your character. Be it other artworks, description, mood boards, poses, I need any and/or all of the above that you can provide. If necessary, I will reach out for additional information.

I welcome detailed and clear feedback regarding any tweaks or details, please don't feel afraid of being too detailed!

Commission turnaround time can vary between 1-4 weeks. I will provide WIPs and updates as I make progress with the commission.

You are permitted 3 changes/tweaks past the approved sketch phase. I will make color adjustments as requested, but there will be no line-art changes after this limit is reached.

Simple / Abstract backgrounds are free of additional charge.

B&W sketches can have colored minor details (optics / insignia / accents) free of additional charge.

Color changes / alternate color schemes* are free of charge.

Fully colored sketches will cost an extra $5.

Complexity / Custom designs will cost an extra $5.
